Thousands of visiters come to Marietta every year for our many events, such as The Riverfront Roar, The Sernwhell Festival, Civil War Reinactments and to browse the many unique antique and specialty shops located downtown. Many tour busses and hotel boasts visit our fair town, that was once the Capitol of the Northwest Territories. Check with you local tour groups to see if we are on your next trip tick! If you are like us, and love to strike out on your own, Marietta is located in western Ohio along the Ohio and Muskingum Rivers. An easy trip down I-77 from Cleveland or Columbus, or up from Charleston, WV or Charlotte, NC. We are sure you'll find many great things in Marietta - but we think you'll like us the BEST!
